Do you have different rates for different times?

We do. A Thursday night rental will have a different rate than a Saturday full day rental. Our rates are customizable based on your needs.

Can we rent tables, chairs, linens, etc from you?

Absolutely! But depending on the availability or need, We may outsource as well. Whatever we can’t cover, we’ll let you know who to contact.

Do you partner with any catering companies?

We do not “partner” with anyone, but we are happy to provide recommendations based on experience of working with them in the past. This goes for Dj’s, bartenders, stylists, photo booths, etc.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You bet. But either your caterer or bartender must have a serving license attached to them.

I don’t want to take my dancing shoes off just yet, how late can my event run?

11:00 p.m. We love night owls, but we also love our neighbors and want to stay on their good side.

How do I get a quote for my event from you?

So glad you are considering us! You can fill out the “contact us” form underneath the main menu and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.

I’m ready to book! How much do I need to put down?

A $1,500 retainer or 50% of the rental total (whichever is greater) is due at the time of booking.  Monthly payment plans are available up to 30 days prior to the event.  At the 30 day mark, all final head counts and balances are due.  All money paid toward total is non-refundable and non-transferable.  Brick and Beam recognizes that some events may be ticketed, (such as non-profits) and ticket sales are needed before balances can be paid. Please speak to our Management Team if this is the case and we will do our best to work with you.

I just had the best party ever! How can I ever thank you?

We are so happy you asked! We love cookies, google and facebook reviews, and referrals.  In fact, if you come across anyone needing an event space and refer them directly to us, they will receive a discount on their rental rate and we will send you a special thank you gift. 

What kind of decorations are permitted? Can I bring my own?

Of course! Every person has their own style and we want you to show yours off. You’ll need prior permission from our venue director before anything is attached to walls or ceilings. Votive or pillar candles are permitted if they are enclosed in glass or metal enclosures. Taper candles are not permitted.
